About

I’m Elena Voss, an editorial and fine art photographer based between New York and Paris. My work lives at the intersection of portraiture, landscape, and the quiet moments in between.

For the past twelve years, I’ve shot editorials for leading fashion and lifestyle magazines, while maintaining a personal practice that explores how light shapes memory. My landscape work has been exhibited at major galleries and photography festivals across Europe and the United States.

I picked up my first camera at fourteen — a battered Nikon FM2 that belonged to my grandfather. He was a war photographer, and the camera still smelled faintly of fixer and tobacco. I still shoot film when the project calls for it. There’s a weight to silver gelatin that digital hasn’t replicated yet.

My commercial work is represented by a New York agency. For collaborations, licensing, or just to say hello, reach out through the contact form below.
